The first production batch of the Wave tank had more than 1300 tanks already sold and now we are running the second batch of tanks which is much bigger. Unfortunately you are the first customer among these people who have bought this tank who faces this problem. If you also think that the same design of tank keeps selling without issues the last two years for the Kayfun mini V3 and almost a year now for Kayfun V5, you will understand that the video you published does not show the real quality of our products.
All these years we have produced thousands of plexi tanks. There were incidents of people who misplaced their tanks and damaged them in the initial installation, people who damaged them by trying to install them on clones and some rare incidents of tanks that were faulty produced. We dealt all these incidents with respect to our customers and we replaced the damaged tanks although most of the time we shouldn’t have done it. The fact that you show us a tank that doesn’t work properly on an atomizer without giving us any other information about the atomizer and the way you tried to install the tank, does not help us to have a safe conclusion about the reason of this malfunction.
If you have bought this tank from our website please give us your order’s number or if you have bought it from one of our resellers give us his name because it is very important for us to track the tank during all it’s journey until it arrives to you. We also want to have all your shipping details in order to send you a new tank but we would really appreciate if you delete this video because it does really not show the true quality and performance of our thousands tanks.
