The local post office in Montreal has no knowledge of your parcel addressed to me, and they are unable to track it since the tracking information you provided is not compatible with Canada Post.
So I am really not sure why you keep claiming that the tracking information will work with the Canadian postal service. As far as I am concerned, you sent a wrong order, which I cannot even check because it has not been delivered in 6 weeks now, and supposedly traceable parcel you sent out from HK is untraceable in Canada. And why you guys are didn't fix information of my order history while 6 weeks? I'm not sure you sent my package correctly yet. Please advise and you must change my fucking order number #471 to #459 as soon as possible. |

@AVE40Please investigate this matter as soon as possible, since it is not possible to track it from my end. All Canada Post can tell me based on the tracking number you provided is that it is an international parcel that is inbound to Canada but it is not traceable, and told me to contact the sender in the country of origin. |
