받은 동영상 확인 잘 했구요..
일반적으로 6개월까지 보증처리가 되구요.. 3개월 이내에 반품하시면 무상으로 새 제품으로 보내드린답니다.. 배송에 대한 배상금은 미화 40불 또는 제품 가격의 50퍼센트이구요.. 의견 알려주면, RMA 번호를 보내드리겠으니, 반드시 RMA 번호를 득한 후에 배송처리를 해달라는 내용입니다.. |
