하나모드 본진 환불관하여 질문입니다.

하나모드 본진에서 페이팔말고 카드로 직접결제 햇는데 직접취소는 안되고 페이팔로 환불이 된다하여 페이팔 주소를 보냇는데 메일이 이렇게왓습니다.
