We are contacting you to let you know that your package was undeliverable and sent back to us. We would be happy to attempt a one time reshipment to you for no additional charge. Alternatively, we can offer a refund for any hardware on the order at this point in time. If you would like your package to be reshipped, please respond to this email with confirmation of your shipping address. We will double check your address in our system and make any necessary changes. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days, your order will be discarded, and you will no longer be eligible for a reshipment or a refund. If your package comes back a second time you will no longer be eligible for a refund or reshipment, and your package will be abandoned. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
