페텍 RMA 넘버 주소를 어떻게 확인해야 하나요??

페텍에서 반환하라고 해서 주소 불러 달라고 하니까 RMA 넘버랑 주소를 메일로 보냈다고 하는데
메일 주고 받은거는 티켓 내용일뿐 주소나 RMA 넘버는 아무리 찾아봐도 나올질 않네요 ㅠㅠ
안드레아 인가 보내지도 않고 나한테 쌩떼를 쓰는건지 보냈는데 제가 확인을 못하고 있는건지 도통 모르겠네요
메일온 원문이 이거 거든요

The supplier requires proof of defect for warranty. Would you mind provide us a video to show the problem as it seems a photo can't help in this case?
Since our ticket system don't support attaching video, please upload it via a third party website first and post the link here.
Note that for company compliance reasons, please include the respective order number, while don't include any reference to FastTech.com or your contact information in the video.
After receiving your video, we will proceed to resolve the case for you soon.

Thanks for your video for this issue about item SKU 3628800,we have watched it,it just like you said in the first post.
We will improve the quality control process.
Most of the items sold on FastTech.com are covered by FastTech Standard Return Policy, i.e. replacement can be requested within 6 months from date of shipment and refund within 45 days from date of delivery. This item is covered by the said warranty. For more details, please visit this page: http://www.fasttech.com/pages/standard-return-policy. In this case, the details are as below:

"Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of shipment.
•Within 3 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is USD 40 or 50% of the item's price, whichever is lower."

The replacement will be sent when the return package delivers. And shipping reimburse is arranged when we receive the shipping slip.
Please kindly confirm above and we will send you the RMA number and return instruction in next mail. Please don't return the defective items back before you receive the RMA number.

Thank you for your response. I have sent you (in a separate e-mail) your RMA number and our return address in Hong Kong. Please clearly mark your RMA number on the address line, otherwise the package will be refused. Please arrange to ship the defective item back via registered airmail. Simply to send us a picture of the return receipt and we will reimburse you the shipping cost as per the policy. You can upload the shipping receipt this way: Please log in to your FastTech account and click the following link to upload attachments: https://support.fasttech.com/ticket/Q0319XWBVS Please make sure to post the defective item back within 2 weeks of this email, otherwise the warranty will be voided. Please upload the shipping receipt here once you have posted the item back and the replacement will be sent once the return package delivers, thank you. |

@hance음 혹시 스팸메일함에 있거나 하지 않을까요...
제 경험상 패텍메일은 스팸메일함에 있었던적이 없긴 하지만 기베메일은 가끔 스팸으로 들어가더라고요 ㅠㅠ 확인해보시고 없으면 티켓 답변에 안온것같다고 다시한번 보내달라고 하시는게 좋을듯 합니다 ㅎㅎ |

근데 이 페텍 직원이 RMA 넘버 다시 보내달라고 하니 보냈다고 확인해보라고 짜증을 막 내네요 |

@hance참...그거하나 메일로 다시보내주거나 티켓상으로 알려주는게 뭐그리 힘들다고 징징대는지 모르겠네요;

증거 인멸을 위해 싹 버리는데 큰일이네요 |
