By adding it to new order, you simply need to post your new order number here and we will add it manually. In order to catch up, please consider put the new order on hold first. We will release it from hold after the processing.
Please kindly keep the defective item/parts till the replacement is received and confirmed working.
2)For refund, we can directly refund to your credit card.
