Pls kindly note that the forwarder advise that your postal code is remote address, so DHL ask for extra remote shipping fee $35, could you pls confim and pay that?
If you agree to pay that, pls pay via below link, adding 35$ and pay. If you do not agree to pay the remote shipping fee, I will ask for retuning back your parcel and ship it via Post.

I know you paid, but it shows your postal code is remote address, it is too far from the center, so that DHL ask for additional shipping fee for remote.
