안녕하세요.
구입한 제품에 불량이 있습니다.
coil을 교체하려고 분해했더니 사진과 같이 base hardware의 불량으로
coil과 metal sleeve(top cap)가 제대로 체결되지 않습니다ㅎ.
마지막 사진은 처음 받았을때 사진입니다.
그리고 drip tip 하단에 녹이 있습니다. (E-Liquid Dregs X)
환불이 아닌 교환을 원합니다.

패텍에서 주문한제품 6개월 보증이라는데 교환 해주려나 모르겠네요..

Hello.
There is a defect in the product that i have purchased. I took it apart to replace the coils, but due to the defection of base hardware, the coil and top cap is not screwing down. The last picture shows status of the atomizer when i received it the first time. And there's rust/stain in the bottom of the drip tip. I want a replacement, instead of refund. Thank you. 이정도면 될듯 하네요 |

Product that I purchased from you seems to be defective. As you can see in the picture, the replacement coil cannot be assembled with the metal sleeve(top cap) because of the defective base hardware. Furthermore, the drip tip is rusty. (I'm sure that it's not E-liquid dreg)The last picture is about initial product condition when I recieved your product. I would like to get an exchange rather than refund. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you for your service. |
