
페텍 교환/ 환불 질문이요 ㅠㅠㅠ

얼마전 페텍에서 헥스옴 클론 서브옴 3.0 을 구매하였는데요
다이얼을 돌려도 2.9-3.06v만 밀어주길래 문의를 했더니 아래와 같은 답변이 왔네요

Is it possible to repair it locally? We would like to cover the cost if it is not too expensive.
If not, most of the items sold on FastTech.com are covered by FastTech Standard Return Policy, i.e. replacement can be requested within 6 months from date of shipment and refund within 45 days from date of delivery. This item is covered by the said warranty. In this case, the details are as below:

“Damage on Arrival (DOA)
FastTech guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. FastTech covers all return shipping charges.
Contact us for a RMA, within 5 days of delivery, and ship products back via the least expensive method.”

Would you like to have replacement sent in this case? We can ship replacement when the item is returned back and shipping reimburse will be issued when we receive your shipping receipt or package photo for stamp shipped items.
Can you kindly check with your local post office for the least expensive shipping cost to return the defective item back to Hong Kong? We will reimburse the postage fully in this case. Please kindly quote us the shipping fee of registered/unregistered international postal letter mail if possible. International parcel or express service is the last to be considered considering their high expense.
Please kindly confirm above and we will send you the RMA number and return instruction in next mail. Please don't return the defective items back before you receive the RMA number.

EMS 말고 저렴한거 우체국에 문의해 보시고 회신하면 RMA 번호 준다네요. 이게 아마 제 기억엔 배송비 무료가 될거에요. 그래서 EMS 말고 더 싼걸로 알아보고 답변 달라고 하는거 같습니다.

주변에 수리할수 있는 가게가 있으면, 수리하고 비용 내주겠다는 내용입니다.
아니면, 교체 품을 받을건지 묻는 내용이네요... 저 같은 경우에는 그냥 환불 해달라고 했었구요.. 국제등기 5천원 정도로 보내면서, 영수증 사진 첨부하면, 환불 되었었어요.. |
