FastTech displays stock status based on manufacturer's production and inventory schedules. The item you ordered (SKU 5151501 and 7007501) are currently backlogged due to the production delays its manufacturer is having. The manufacturer confirmed to us that they can only provide us stock within 7 days. 

We are writing to confirm your preferred arrangement in this case. We have below options for your reference:

1. Split the item and ship it separately when it's ready via registered airmail through Singapore which takes 6-20 business days for delivery typical. The ready items will be shipped via DHL/EMS in 24 working hours. We will refund the shipping fee difference if there is any. 

We can't ship this item separately via same express shipping service due to it will generate much more shipping cost. If you are willing to pay extra, we will arrange speed post/DHL shipping for this item too. Otherwise we would rather cancel and issue a full refund for it. Hope you can understand our situation. 

2. Substitute this item with other similar items. Those items which have ships next day or in stock shipping status will be ready to ship soon. In this case, please simply let us know the SKU number you would like to exchange. 

3. Cancel the item and have a full refund. You can re-order it next time. We will refund the shipping fee difference if there is any.
