- 직구사이트에서 기기랑 무화기등 시켰는데
- 도착은 잘했지만, 기기 색상이 엉뚱한게 왔습니다
- 분명 제가 선택한 색상 잘 선택해서 저는 잘 주문하였는데,
- 그 사이트 주문 특성상 원하는 기기의 색사진을 클릭후 주문인데
- 알고보니 사진이 잘못올라갔다하더라구요 ㅠㅠ
- 그래서 그쪽들도 본인 잘못 인정하고 50% 할인해준다는데 어찌해야할까요
- 그리고 그 50%가격은 어찌 받아야하는지 모르겠습니다,
- 페이팔 결제가아닌 체크카드로 결제하였습니다

판매자쪽에서 일정부분 취소(환불)해 주는거죠. 물론 시간은 쬐금 걸리지만요. |
