알리익스프레스 물품구입하여 도착했는데 고장난 제품이네요

제목과 같이 알리익스프레스 통해서 조예테크 제품을 구매하였습니다.
3일전에 물품 수령 받고 동봉되어 있는 배터리를 체결하고 파이어버튼 5회 누르면 켜지는게 맞는데 안켜지네요
해당 제품 동영상 다 시청하고 따라해보고 별짓을 다해도 안되서 안되는 영어 이리저리 찾아보면서
판매자에게 다음과 같이 메일을 보냈는데 답장도 없는 상태입니다

분쟁제기 누르시면 이것저것 상황 체크하는거 있는데 본인상황에 맞게 체크하시고 증거자료 업로드하시면 됩니다.
판매자가 개떡같아도 알리익스프레스 자체는 믿을만합니다. 분쟁처리도 잘해주고요. |
