Please be informed that your ePAC article LP323226558SG has been dispatched in South Korea on 14 December 2019.

For ePAC article to overseas, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. ePAC article are subject for customs cleara5nce and inspections at the country of destination.

We would like to inform you that your ePAC article is a transshipment item and the vendor is either from Hong Kong or China who used the SingPost counter services to deliver the article to the destination country.

Once the article arrives in the destination country, the delivery of the article is arranged by the destination postal administration. To track the status of your article delivery, please contact the postal administration of South Korea.

In case of delay in delivery, you may liaise with your sender and ask them to raise an enquiry from their local postal authority and then we will liaise with them for further resolution of your concern.

We thank you for your understanding and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
