코로나19와 연이은 태풍으로 인해 힘든 나날들이기에,

방콕하며 이렇게 또 글을 올리게 되었습니다.

오늘은 타이틀 사진에서 보시다시피, "Boro Device"가 주제라고 할 수 있을 것 같습니다.

Boro Device, 즉 보로탱크를 쓰는 기기의 출발은 빌렛박스입니다만,

현재는 더 다양한 기기들이 많이 개발되었습니다.

타이틀 사진에 없는, 즉 현재 제가 보유하고 있지 않지만

배터리 외장형으로는

StashBox (by Box Mod Mafia), Key (by Mums Fantasy Factory), Evo AIO 60 (by 6ixty 7even Mod),

SupBox (by SXK), Fifty 50 (by Limelight Mechanics), GIZMO (by LzB)

그리고 현재 시제품으로 1개씩 만들거나 아직 계획중인 N.R.D의

배터리 내장형으로

Delro (by JG Cthreepo), Noct Li-po verion (by Team Noct)

등등이 현재 출시되었거나 또는 출시 예정입니다만

아직까지 제 손에 들어오지는 않았습니다ㅠㅠ

다행히 Supbox는 공구신청한 것이 현재 배송되고 있으며,

Delro는 저번주에 FF 본진 구매 성공해서 곧 제 손안에 들어올 것이고,

Noct Li-po version은 제작이 완료되면 구매 가능할 것 같습니다 ^^

Evo AIO 60도 9월말 10월초면 직구 가능할 것 같구요...

여튼 7월 이후 기존의 Billet Box와 Noct 외에,

Bantam Box, Noob Box, BOROHM, 그리고 새로운 Billet Box를 1개 더 추가로 영입하였고

기존 녹트 1개를 AS 의뢰했는데 V3 버전으로 변신해서 돌아왔답니다^^

또한 소소한 악세사리들도 속속 도착했는데, 일단 국내몰과 직구롤 통해 날아온 vapemail들이 무려 14개나 되는군요ㅠㅠ

먼저 이번에 새로 들인 Billet Box 원본은 Dober SS-b인데,

이로써 저의 원본 빌렛은 기존의 Silver, Black, RPG와 함께 총 4대가 되었네요 ^^

그런데 이것은 어찌된 일인지 토요일 밤 11시 30분의 전쟁(?!)과 관계없이

다음날인 일요일 오전까지 재고가 남아있어서 여유있게 구매할 수가 있었답니다 ㅎㅎ

이제 기기들에 앞서 먼저 2개의 브릿지라기 보다는 Boro RBA를 보시겠는데,

그중 하나는 출시된지가 1년도 훨씬 넘은 SVT의 Crossbow입니다.

국내몰에 들어와 있길래 한번 구해봤는데, dotAIO용 Bilux와 덱 모양이 많이 유사해보이더군요.

Crossbow - SVT

Crossbow is a pure MTL.

First choice materials, INOX 304 with PEEk isolators.

It includes variable AFC, made in PC-ABS and spare screws.

The inserts size :

White 0.8 mm x 0.8 mm
Red 0.8 mm
Blue 1 mm
Yellow 1.2 mm, Orange 1.5 mm
Without the adapter 2 mm

In the atomizer with a 1.2 mm air hole, the AFC change the air flow, offering different calibrations based on tastes.

The bell has different flavor perfomance and dryness enhancing the tobacco flavor.

The deck owns two differnt position for simple coil, micro coil and complex coil.

Easy to build and simple maintenance.

Wash well before use and read the warnings.

다음은 출시된지 얼마되지 않은 EVL의 Alien입니다.

저는 공홈에서 구매하지 않고, PC탱크 버전을 당시 공홈보다 더 저렴하게 판매하던 프랑스의 Steam and Vape에서 직구했더랍니다.(당시 더 저렴했던 이유가 환율을 고려하지 않고 가격책정을 한 것에서 비롯되지 않았나 싶습니다. 공홈 rrp가 125파운드인데, Steam and Vape에서는 124.92유로더군요)

EVL Alien

Designed to replaced the boro tank of your Billet box, Delro or other compatible boro devices* and incorporating a Reaper styled deck to provide fantastic flavour.

The Alien has a tight fit and a direct air path designed to keep condensation to a minimum.

For use in the Billet Box the large EVL engraving must face the front so the air intake aligns with the air ports on the side of the Billet Box.

To use the Alien with the Delro simply fit the base section so the little EVL Engraving faces forward exposing the air intake below the engraving.

Filling is simple and must be filled holding the device upside down. This allows for maximum filling with no chance of flooding/over staturating the coil. (Filling the device on its side will cause a mess ;) )

Precision machined from a chunky billet of Stainless steel with Peek insulators and a polycarbonate tank.

The NOOB Box by Proteus Progeks

The NOOB Box by Proteus Progeks is a compact AIO device that utilizes the Billet Box's Boro Tank, making a wide array of RBA and coil bridges available for this svelte light weight and well built device!

If you are planning on using the NOOB Box with a condensation plug, be aware that the air port is on the OPPOSITE side of the Boro Tank compared to a Billet Box, and as such, as REVERSIBLE condensation plug is required, such as the >> BB Vapes Brvnd REVERSIBLE GXLD Condensation Plug <<.

Power is supplied via a single 18350 IMR cell (>> KEEPPOWER 18350 << best recommended), perfect for lower power setups and MTL setups.

Power safety features, switch activation, and button lock functions are all controlled via the Infiniohm SwitchFET v2.5 MOSFET chip set that is encased in a module.

The MOSFET module can be swapped out for an Evolv DNA60 module at a later time (currently in development), which will become available for separate purchase.

Available with a Black frame, or a Grey frame.

Borohm by SnV Mods

First box of SnV Mods in AIO format that can accommodate an R4 Boro.

Full Mech

Faithful to its habits SnV Mods has made the Borohm a fully mechanical box. Designed using SLS 3D printing, it is equipped with silver lamellae ensuring excellent conductivity. Operating with an 18650 battery, it benefits from very good autonomy coupled with the Boro Tank. The Borohm does not use a proprietary drip tip and is compatible with standard 510 format drip tips.

Boro Inside

The Borohm uses the Boro from the Billet Box Rev. 4. Compatible with a large part of bridges and resistors which can be used on its electronic counterpart (see compatibility). Once your bridge is in place, all you have to do is insert the boro into the box and screw the screw located below the Borohm in order to make contact with your bridge and keep it in place in the Borohm.

Airflow Control and Switch

The Borohm is supplied with an AFC coming to be placed under the boro. It is possible to add 3 MTL inserts of 0.8 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.5 mm opening in front of this AFC in order to reduce the clearance of your bridge if it does not have no this setting. The Borohm Switch is located on the upper part of the box, just above the battery. As an integral part of the Borohm, it is perfectly compatible with both right-handed and left-handed use.

Warning

The Borohm is a mechanical box, it is imperative to respect the following elementary rules:

Use only flat-stud batteries in perfect condition (envelope not torn, no signs of falling).Use only resistors or bridges with a positive pin that protrudes at least 5 mm from the negative connection.Make sure you use high CDM batteries and never exceed the specifications of your batteries.Remove the battery when the box is not in use.Do not leave near a heat source and unattended (fire, direct sunlight, radiator, in a vehicle ...).Always check your resistance on an electronic box before use in the Borohm.Respect the polarity of the Borohm (positive battery facing down).Clean the lamella contacts regularly.Compatible only with original Boro Tanks.
