일단 3층집에서 연락이 오고 알았는데 폰으로 연락이 되질 않아서 계속 연락이 없으면 21일날 반송된다네요 그래서 일단 이메일로 답장 보내긴 했는데

폰으로 연락을 할수 없으면 국내 통관이 안되는건지..

일주일 전에 휴가 나가긴했는데 휴가때 택배 오겠지 하고 그때맞춰서 나간건데 중국 연휴라 계속 밀리고 밀려서 결국 휴가때 연락도 못받았었는데 ㅠㅠ

어떻게 방법을 찾아보려고해도 처음이라 막막하네요 ㅠㅠ

Please provide your new contact information as soon as possible, including (name + phone + email) so that your local authorities can follow up customs clearance or your can go to the relevant local agencies to get the parcel, the deadline is October 21, otherwise the goods will be returned, urgent emergency! ! !

배송조회 트렉줬고, 한국에 도착햇고, 관세를 안내거나 통관 승인이 안나면 세관원이 되돌려보내거나, 없애버린다는데. 관세 안내서 세관에서 없애버리면 아무고토 해줄게 없다. 다시 반송오는 비용은 패키지에 잘못이 없을 때 안물거라는거 같아요, 문제있으면 자유롭게 연락하래요. 삼층집 서비스 팀

아주 간단하게 말씀드리면....... 전체적인 내용은... DHL 이 우는 하마님께 배송을 하려고 하는데 연락이 안되고 받는 주소로 배송을 할 수가 없어서 처리곤란한 상황이다. 10월 21일 전에 배송 받을 사람과 주소 연락처를 다시 알려주기 바란다, 그렇지 않으면 반송 된다, 해결책 = 사회에 있는 지인이나 가족의 주소와 이름 전번을 3층집에 알려 주시고 그쪽으로 배송 받으세요
