Hi Doris. I ordered K.loud on April 9 and I got an email that you shipped today. 9 days passed without any comment. When I sent an email once and you didn't mention that it'll take 9 days. If you told me that I would have canceled it. I have to wait until the end of this month. I'm very disappointed.

Diny97, it was shipped on April 18th by singapore post. Sorry for such a delay due to the fact that Hotcig couldn't supply large quantity in a week.
