일전에 공동구매로 진행했던 Black oak에서 문제가 발생되어 refund를 요청해서 끝냈었는데...

요런 내용의 메일이 날아 왔습니다.​​​​

아무래도 26650 전용 제품이었던 Black oak의 문제를 해결하려면 18650 튜브를 써야 된다는 것 같은데...

그럼 카토모드하고 겹쳐서 굳이 Black oak를 지를 필요가 없어질 것 같은 느낌이 드네요;;

26650의 끝없는 뿜뿜 파워를 왜 18650으로 다운 시켜야 되는지...아쉽습니다.

근데 분명 refund 시켰는데 왜 이런 메일이;;

Good day!

We haven't forgotten the Black Oak Style Mod you bought on Focalecig order during group buy.
(First email was sent to you for the delay of Black Oak Style Mod on April 1st; Second email was sent to you for the unavailability / cancellation of this mod due to the problem on finsihed products on April 14th).

We have held this group buy for a long time and we understand that you were eagerly waiting on this mod, especially since the clone versions are high priced. We are truly sorry for all the problems that happened on this group buy, and as a legal online ecig vendor we have tried to have direct communication with you since the problem happened.

After the problem happened, we didn't stop to work with the manufacturer because we don't want to lose your faith. They went to another city for more advanced engineer to work out the problem they have had. The problem that existed before has been solved and they are also making an extra 18650 tube for this Black Oak Mod. (The 18650 tube would allow you to use 18650 battery in Black Oak Mod)

The updated ETA is May 8th. We will keep you informed as usual. If you choose to wait for this mod, we will add the 18650 tube for Black Oak Mod. If not, we will respect your decision.
