페텍 불량품 교환건인데 장문이다보니 완벽히 이해하기가 힘드네요 ㅠ.ㅠ
교환 해준다고하는데 것 뭔말이 이렇게 많은지
이해 안되는 내용이 쫌 있네요.

난 당장 배송 원한다고 보내면 되는건가요?

By adding it to new order, you simply need to post your new order number here and we will add it manually. In order to catch up, please consider put the new order on hold first. We will release it from hold after the processing.
Meanwhile please be aware that the replacement part may need 3-7 days to be stocked and your order may stuck in packaging status due to this.
Please kindly keep the defective parts till the replacement is received and confirmed working.
